Job Title: Construction Painters Supervisor

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time (Overtime, Weekend, if required).

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Candidates are required to work at various locations in Victoria, BC. 

Education: High School is required.

Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Languages: Basic English

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of painters, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.
• Schedule work assignments and coordinate activities of painters and helpers.
• Resolve work-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Recommend and implement measures to enhance productivity and maintain high quality. 
• Requisition necessary materials and supplies for paint.
• Train workers in job duties, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Prepare comprehensive work progress reports.

Additional skills: work at heights, must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Work Conditions: Physically Demanding, Repetitive tasks.
