Salary:27.70 hourly / 32 to 40 hours per Week

Terms of employment:Permanent employment-Full time-Day, Morning, Shift, Weekend

Experience:7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities:
Plan and control budget and expenditures
Determine and establish office procedures and routines
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Answer electronic enquiries
Respond to employee questions and complaints
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Provide customer service

Computer and technology knowledge:MS Excel,MS Windows,MS Word,MS Office.Quick Books & Electronic mail
