Specific skills: Provide guests with food and beverage services, Present invoices for services rendered and process payment transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, travelers' cheques, or charges to room bills, Ensure tables, trays, and chairs are promptly cleared and sanitized, Offer assistance to clients or guests with specific requirements, Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction, Process end-of-day tasks such as compiling a daily sales report and securing the food area, Adhering to health and safety guidelines to prevent food contamination, including regular hand washing, using gloves when handling food, and ensuring all preparation areas and utensils are clean.
