Job Title: Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)

Terms of Employment: 35-40 hours per week, Full-time/ Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Wage: $17.50 per hour

Overtime: 1.5 times the regular pay for every hour exceeding 40hrs/week

Benefits:  As per company policy

Vacation Pay: 4% vacation.

Job  Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Establish work schedules.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure food service and quality control.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.

Education:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience is required.

Language:

• English is required.

Supervision – 5 to 10 people

Transportation/travel information - Public transportation is available.
