Responsibilities
Tasks
ï‚· Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables
ï‚· Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
ï‚· Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
ï‚· Load buspans and trays
ï‚· Place dishes in storage area
ï‚· Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas

ï‚· Scour pots and pans
ï‚· Portion and wrap foods
ï‚· Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
ï‚· Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas,
appliances and equipment
ï‚· Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other
storage areas
ï‚· Remove kitchen garbage and trash
ï‚· Sharpen kitchen knives
ï‚· Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
ï‚· Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
