LOOKING FOR REGISTERED NURSES

Terms of Employment : Permanent, Fulltime 

Salary : 38/ Hour; 35 Hours per week

Anticipated starting date : As soon as possible

Education :  BSc in Nursing   

Experience : Minimum 2 years  

Languages: English

Work Settings : Retirement Residence 

Duties and Responsibilities :  

• Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions
• Collaborate to plan, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate patient care
• Conduct disease screening
• Deliver health education programs
• Deliver immunization programs
• Dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
• Monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions
• Operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment
• Provide nursing care
• Provide supportive counselling and life skills programming
• Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff
