LOOKING FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Fulltime 

Salary:  27. 50 / Hour; 40 Hours per week

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar area

Languages: English

Work Settings: Work in Manufacturing and Logistics industries

Duties and Responsibilities: Determine and establish office procedures. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations. Setup and maintain manual and computerized information filing system. Answer telephone calls, order office supplies and ensure all supplies are available. Perform basic book keeping Plan develop and implement recruitment strategies. Answer electronic enquiries, etc.
