JOB DUTIES:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of truck drivers, including assigning routes and schedules.
• Conducting driver briefings and debriefings to ensure drivers have all necessary information for their trips.
• Monitoring driver performance, including on-time deliveries, compliance with regulations, and adherence to company policies.
• Ensuring that drivers comply with all safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Training staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Establish daily schedules and reviewing of all routes assigned by dispatch.
• Actively resolve any job-related issues & recommend methods to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and submit driver efficiency report, on time tracking report and other work reports.
• Coordinate work activities with dispatch, safety, mechanics & other departments.

PERSONAL SUITABILITY

• Ability to multitask, organized & team player.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 6-months or more
• Education: High School

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

• Wages: $37/hour
• 35 - 45 hours per week
