Position: Dry Cleaning Supervisor

Type of employment: Full-time; Permanent

No of positions: 1

Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.

Work Location: Unit 101, 505 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V7X 1M3, Canada.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: $28.85 per hour

Hours: 40/Week

Overtime and Vacation Pay

Vacation Pay: 10 holidays per year as outlined on gov.bc.ca

Supervision: 3-4 people

Dry Cleaning Supervisor shall be required to perform following Job Duties:

Arrange for maintenance and repair work

Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery

Establish work schedules and procedures

Monitor quality and production levels

Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers

Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

Supervise office and volunteer staff

 Employment Requirements           

Completion of secondary school is usually required.

1 year to less than 2 years Supervisory experience in any field is required
