Food service supervisor-MAHARAJA VEGETARIAN STREET FOOD INC.

Job details

Location: 6001, 14th Ave, ON Markham, ONL3P 3J3

Salary: $17.75 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per Week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time

Start date: as soon as possible

Job Requirements                                                                                         

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Tasks

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
