Job Description

Office Manager

Roll-a-way Screen Systems

Location: 855 Fenmar Dr., Toronto, ON, M9L 1C8

Vacancy: 1

Terms of Employment: Full-time; Permanent

Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible

Wage Rate: $27.00 per hour.

Eligibility: 
• Completion of Secondary School is required; College Diploma in related field is an asset. 
• Minimum 7 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position

Language: English

Job Duties:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations at the office.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees work and following up on work results.
  • Implement new office procedures, plan of action and policies.
  • Form relationships with vendors providing office services and supplies.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints and problems whenever required.
  • Resolve work related problems and prepare submission reports.
  • Help in formulating the operational budget and perform periodic checks on inventory.
  • Order office supplies and maintain office equipment.
  • Provide administrative support to the staff when required such as data entry, arranging couriers, printing/photocopying, and so on.
  • Accomplish non-routine duties as assigned.
