Job Responsibilities 

• Lead and motivate sales team to achieve furniture sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for furniture products.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expanding furniture sales.
• Provide training and guidance to sales staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with furniture retailers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in sales activities.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns for furniture products.
• Resolve any issues or disputes with furniture retailers promptly and effectively.
• Stay updated on furniture industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
