Job Title: Handyman/woman

Salary: $21.70 to 23.70 hourly  (To be negotiated)

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week

Tasks

• Take care of basic maintenance of company machines, appliances, heating, lighting, carpentry, plumbing and security systems.

• Conduct timely checks of ancillary equipment such as pumps, batteries, disinfecting the drains.

• Undertaking the responsibility of outside public spaces such as sidewalks.

• Good understanding of hand tools and power tools and troubleshooting the system malfunctions.

• Taking deliveries of materials and assisting in loading and unloading of goods delivered.

• Daily reporting to the supervisor on the shift regarding daily concerns, troubleshooting and any other assigned tasks.

• Taking care of company’s trash container and maintaining the hygiene at workplace.

• Detect minor repairs such as filling small gaps and cosmetic keep up to avoid any problems that can happen the future.

• Pressure washing of roofs, windows and doors.
