Required Retail Store Supervisor (NOC 62010)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
• Responsible for signing deliveries.
• Maintain inventory and order merchandise to ensure availability of products.
• Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
• Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
• Preparing staff work schedules.
• Preparing reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and daily sales.
• Training of new staff, as required.
• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store is maintained, such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness.

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

Experience: 1 year but less than 2 years of previous retail salesperson, salesclerk, cashier or related experience is required.

Salary: CAD $17.00/hour. Full-time permanent position at The New Myna Convenience and Apartments – 231 Devonshire Avenue, Iroquois Falls, ON P0K 1E0
