Job Description

One (1) permanent full-time position of Warehouse Supervisor (NOC 12013) is available at Pack4u Ontario Ltd. located at 3620A Laird Rd, Unit 14, Mississauga, ON, L5L 6A8.

Main Duties to be completed as per the lead statement of NOC 12013:

• Coordinate and assign work to warehouse staff engaged in the daily activity like shipping goods, receiving, storing, distributing, and maintaining inventories of materials, processing purchasing transactions, dispatching crews to the destination, scheduling transportation crews.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units and various other departments for tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods.
• Handle & resolve work-related problems.
• Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment, communicate with other departments and customers.
• Prepare and submit daily progress and other invoicing reports.
• Train workers in job duties, coordinating with safety procedures and company policies.
• Requisition supplies and materials maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Perform daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
• Controlling the budget by smooth operations with less manpower (rescheduling shifts as and when required depending upon workload)  
• Performing the same duties as workers supervised as and when required.

Requirements:
Minimum one (1) year of work experience
Completion of College diploma.

Wage rate : $25.50/hour, 40 hours per week
