POSITION: General manager - financial, communications and other business services (Full-Time, Permanent)

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement strategic business planning in order to improve financials and achieve growth goals.
• Ensure creation and maintenance of operating controls, operating procedures, company policies and service standards.
• Define, track, and report operational and efficiency metrics.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and forecasting
• Develop an understanding of customer’s business, products, services, customer profile and business objectives, competitors and sales.
• Ideate, evaluate, and drive new program opportunities, driving end-to-end deal cycle from pitching to launch.
• Scope new markets, including operational diligence, feasibility, and risk assessments.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, managing internal stakeholders and ensuring strong delivery of projects.
• Create a strong team culture. Guide HR officer to encourage a culture of learning and development, talent retention and attraction through following company recruitment, induction and training practices accurately.
• Ensure company and customer standards/goals are achieved.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years or more years experience in similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Efficient interpersonal skills,Organized, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Team Player, reliability
Key Skills required such as Adaption to fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, large work load. 

SALARY & HOURS

CA $85.90/ hour for 30 hours per week (*Overtime @ CA$128.85/hr, after 44 hours per week)
