General manager - financial, communications and other business services is required at:  Web Hub

 Job Duties:

1. Oversee the complete business operation, maximizing profitable sales, controls funds and growth while creating a unique customer focused environment.
2. Take full ownership of the business management ensuring everything is in place to hit commercial targets with responsive management of the company’s budget and cost controls.
3. Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas and release funding for team to work on.
4. Anticipate the customer’s needs and set up an internal process to meet/exceed them.
5. Pitch ideas confidently and present their creative vision clearly to customers, as well as communicate in the same manner to respective heads of creative teams.
6. Spark your team’s passion for delivering the best customer experience possible by creating a brilliant customer journey and generate continuous operation pathway.
7. Lead to create a great place to work for everyone on a day to day basis whilst thinking ahead to ensure your team has a development journey with Web Hub.
8. Observe your team’s service levels, identify ways in which they can improve and find the best way to suit that individual in coaching them to improve.
9. Work closely with support teams, maintain top notch communication, service levels and response.
10. Conduct formal performance evaluation process along with HR and make decisions about hiring, promotions, etc.

Experience And Education:

• Minimum 5 years or more of Relevant experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Salary, Working Hours, Overtime And Vacation Pay: 

• $85.80 CAD Per Hour

• Minimum 30 hours per week

• Overtime Rate $128.70 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

• Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
