Swift United is looking for 2 Recruitment Assistants to join its team.

Job Details:

Location: Calgary, AB T2P 1K3
Salary: $34.00 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Employment Type: Permanent employment, Full time
Employment Condition: Day, evening, morning

Job Requirements:

Languages: English
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Responsibilities:
Tasks

• Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
• Prepare and post notices and advertisements
• Collect and screen applicants
• Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employemnt
• Review candidate inventories
• Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews

Experience and specialization:
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint, MS Word
