Location: Mississauga, ON L5R 3E7/ Remote work available

Salary: $38.25 per hour for 35 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 2

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment 

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improvise web applications.
• Regulates exposure to business stakeholders and executive management and to other authorities.
• Editing, writing, or designing website content, and directing team members.
• Present design specs and work with graphics and other designers.
• Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
• Directing or performing Website updates routinely.
• Executes assignments with the use of web applications, scripts, and programming
• languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other coding languages.
• Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
• Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups.
• Create and maintain software documentation.
• Integrating data from various backend services and databases.
• Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback, testing and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
• Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.

Eligibility Requirements:

• College level degree or diploma required
• 2 to 3 years of experience as web developer with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other coding languages experience
• Personal suitability- Accurate, Client focus, Initiative, Organized, Team player and Creativity
