Production Worker

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Capable of operating roll-forming machinery

• Using the trim bending machine to shape metal sheets accurately

• Proficient in forklift operation for loading trucks, material movement, and lumber stacking

• Aid in the delivery process, loading, unloading, and ensuring accurate deliveries.

• Support roofing projects by assisting with installations as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Experience in a similar role an asset

• Prior experience with similar materials or machinery is considered beneficial

Salary: We offer a salary range between $22.00 and $29.00 per hour, based on qualifications

Bonus: Possibility of a year-end bonus based on company performance, at the sole discretion of the company  

Benefits: Employees will have $1500 in benefits for the year for medical expenses. Employees will also receive $500 a year for clothes and boots

Job Type: This is a permanent position. We guarantee a minimum of 32 hours per week

Language: At least intermediate oral English is required.
