Tasks

• Conduct comprehensive property inspections to identify maintenance needs and repair tasks.
• Perform plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing new fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, such as faulty wiring, malfunctioning outlets, and lighting problems.
• Repair or replace household appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and washing machines.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, patch holes and cracks, and apply paint or other finishes to walls and ceilings.
• Assemble, install, and repair furniture, cabinets, shelving units, and other carpentry projects.
• Repair or replace damaged flooring, including hardwood, tile, laminate, and vinyl.
• Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns, pruning trees and bushes, and cleaning gutters.
• Handle minor HVAC repairs, such as replacing filters, adjusting thermostats, and troubleshooting heating or cooling issues.
