Job Description

Wage:  $20.00 per hour (full-time position; 37.5 hours per week)

 

Location of Work:  1030 Dundas St. E., Mississauga, ON L4Y 2B8

 

Job Description:

  • cleaning and preparing fish and shellfish
  • cutting fish into steaks and fillets
  • prepare special orders of a variety of fishes for Portuguese ‘Caldeirada”
  • able to use manual cutting utensils
  • be able to work with odors, cold/refrigerated areas, work under pressure in fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, physically demanding, pay attention to detail;
  • Ensure that all fresh fish and seafood is properly displayed and that coolers maintain correct temperatures to ensure freshness

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in handling fish and seafood
