Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Job Location: 2560 Barnet Hwy Unit #106, Coquitlam, BC V3H 1W3 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Hours: 35 Hours per week

Number of Openings: 1

Wage: $22.60/ Hr

Language: English

Terms of Employment: Full time Permanent

Job Description:

• Supervise and co-ordinate with staff and cashiers
• Perform key holding and managing duties, such as opening and closing the store, developing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
• Prepare work schedules of workers
• Assign work duties to the workers.
• Handling and resolving customer requests , complaints, and supply shortages
• Keep the record of inventory and order merchandise
• Make reports of sales, product promotions, and personnel matters
• Hire and train or arrange training and monitor the performance of new hire
• Responsible to maintain the visual standard and image of the store, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
• Perform the same duties as supervision of workers

Employment Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 year to less than 2 years experience
