Our company 13439593 Canada Inc. provides Therapy Services Canada-wide servicing various populations. Our highly skilled team of occupational therapists provide both direct and virtual assessment and intervention services. We pride ourselves on providing client-centered, timely, and cost-effective assessment and treatment services with excellent outcomes in the areas of maintaining or improving health, promoting independence, and reducing the risk of health deterioration.

At this point we are looking for 2 dynamic and experienced Administrative assistants who will be responsible for providing the most sufficient and outstanding service they can to keep the office run smoothly.

JOB TYPES: Full-time, Permanent

DUTIES:

•             Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

•             Prepare and submit reports

•             Coordinate all business events and activities in an optimal manner;

•             Ensure the reception, processing and distribution of various information to the team

•             Schedule and confirm appointments

•             Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

•             Answer electronic enquiries

•             Order office supplies and maintain inventory

•             Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

REQUIREMENTS:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

2 years to less than 3 years of experience is required
