Location: Mississauga, ON L5M 3S8

Salary: $65.00 per hour for 35 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

Job Responsibilities:

• Define key business drivers, metrics, and provide necessary resources for achievement
• Evaluate market and identify opportunities for growth through new product lines, acquisitions, or startups.
• Work with the Finance Department on annual budget forecast and customer profitability analysis.
• Manage contracts and relationships with key rental accounts
• Evaluate operations looking for opportunities and deficiencies.
• Create, update, and maintain division policies and procedures to achieve goals for customer satisfaction, revenue, cost control, and safety.
• Drive a culture based upon integrity, exceptional customer service, team work, and operational excellence.
• Spotting market opportunities for new customers and open key accounts to exponentiate the sales growth.
• Recruit, interview and hire qualified staff for open sales positions.
• Monitoring actual sales and revenues to determine variance and assess goal accomplishments
• Responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing culture of accountability and sales results.

 Eligibility Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing or similar role.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a track record of successful strategy development and execution
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to solve complex problems
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
• Exceptional written, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with varied stakeholder groups
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
