Wage: $29.50 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time (35-40 hours weekly)

Duties:

• Prepare, key in, edit, and proofread various documents including correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, and reports from machine dictation and handwritten copy.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for the employer.
• Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other materials.
• Coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
• Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
• Greet visitors, ascertain the nature of their business, and direct them to the employer or appropriate person.
• Compile data, statistics, and other information to support research activities.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.
