Required Retail Store Supervisor (NOC 62010)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Provide staff training or hire someone to do so

• Authorize checks for payments

• The merchandise may be returned if you authorize it

• Product sales

• Ensure that sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters are reported

• Maintain and organize inventory

• Identify and resolve customer complaints and shortages of supplies

• Co-ordinate and supervise the activities of workers

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
