Job Title: Fitness Facility Manager

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, (Overtime, Weekend If required)
Anticipated Start Date As soon as possible

Wage rate: $4250.00 /month
Education: College diploma in business administration or in relevant field required.

Experience: 2 Years to less than 3 Years of experience 
Languages: English. 

Job Duties: 

• Maintaining the equipment, which includes doing any necessary repairs and replacements.
•  Recruiting, hiring, and training new team members is part of managing employees.
  establishing and supporting goals to draw in new members.
• Keeping up with the most recent trends in fitness.
• Handle the budget, examine financial statements, and put plans in place to boost income and cut costs.
• Establish a friendly atmosphere, plan activities, and come up with plans to draw in and keep members.
• Oversee daily operations, making sure that personnel scheduling, equipment upkeep, and facility cleanliness are all met.
