Title of Position: Cook

Job description
- Prepare and cook complete or individual Japanese noodles, dishes, and meals.
- Oversee kitchen operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- May clean kitchen and work area.
- May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements, and cost, and monitor and order supplies.
- May train kitchen staff.

- Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
- Wage: $17 Hourly for 30 Hours Per Week
- Benefits: 4% paid vacation

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
- Education: High School
- Experience: 7 months – 1 year of experience in commercial food preparation
- Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English
