Job Description

Dawson Truck Repairs Ltd is a full-service vehicle repair shop and Designated Commercial Inspection Facility centrally located in Burnaby, BC. We are family owned and operated, offering trusted service to the Greater Vancouver and Lower Mainland community since 1995.We are looking for a truck      mechanic to join our team.

 

- Hourly wage: $34/hour

- Benefits: Extended healthcare benefits

- Hours a week: 40

- Location of Work: 4970 Still Creek Ave, Burnaby, BC V5C 4E4

 

Duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Repair or replace mechanical units or components
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service
  • Test and adjust units to specifications

 

Job requirements:

 

- No degree, certificate, or diploma

- At least 7 months 1 year of related experience

- Language of work: English

- Flexibility, Organized, Attention to details
