Job position: Reservations supervisor

Job duties:

●Assist clients/guests with special needs

●Co-ordinate, assign and review work

● Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery

●Requisition materials and supplies

●Create work schedules, protocols, collaborate with other departments

●Participate in hiring and training the staff

●Perform clerical responsibilities such as maintenance of reservations files and day to day operational paperwork.

●Ensure accurate handling and monitoring of phone calls

●Verify each reservation request is processed as per hotel standards without delay.

●Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, assign duties, and expedite workflow for reservation agents.

●Ensure deposit payment is received for all reservations.

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 year to less than 2 years
• Work locations will be Hotel, motel, resort
• Employment conditions may be Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning

Job type: Permanent, full time

Salary & Hours: $22.56 / hour for 40 hours per week

Vacatio pay: 4%

Location: Mississauga, Ontario
